Our clinic is opened Monday to Friday. All medical visits are in person only.
The clinic is locate in Suite 202 at Broadview Carling Medical Center.
From October 6. 2025 until October 31, 2025, Dr. Yeuchyk will be out of the office. Dr. Shah, a locum physician will see clinic patients Mon. -Wed. from 9 AM- 4 PM during these dates.
